Workshop & Database
The workshop was very engaging and well structured. Elia and Lu were brave to hold the first workshop in the series and created a collaborative learning environment. With the quiz, they encouraged active participation and addressed the participants questions. One suggestion would be to allow more time for group discussion, which was the case for almost everyone. Overall, the workshop was above my expectations and provided valuable knowledge and tools.
Especially the giant help on how to find good essays and papers i would like to highlight at this point.
Essay
Elia's essay highlights the problem of space for cars, which results in limited space for pedestrians, housing and alternative forms of transport. Also, the essay also discusses opportunities for change, such as expanding public transport systems
Overall, the paper presents a well-structured and insightful analysis of the challenges and potential solutions for creating healthier and more people-friendly urban environments.
It is a very complex topic that could be dealt with in much more depth. For the given task and the limitation of 1500 words, it is summarised in a first-class way. Well Done!
Participation & Discussion
Elia seemed very engaged and present during, before and after the workshops. He was very self-confident and reflective and also gave critical and constructive and good feedback.
Blog
The blog was very detailed and rich in reflective views. The information and papers he provided on the database were also very well organised and labelled. Very good and keep it up!
